The internal area of the air conditioners frame contains two chambers : an upper chamber and lower chamber contains two basic elements: a fan and motor. The fan is installed horizontally whereby it sucks air upwards with the air passing through a holed partition which is also installed horizontally. The partition also contains a heat exchange medium, namely a cardboard which is also specially designed for air – conditioners. The cardboard is fixed horizontally a above the holed practitioner.

Thisair – conditionhasbeendesignedInawaywherethermalexchangeis archives,heatintheexternalsurroundingareadonewithandhencetheefficiencyoftheair-conditionerisincreased.Toachievethis,theinternalframeisdividedintotwochambers.
Thedescriptionoftheprocessincludesthefollowing:
1 – Theinternalareaoftheairconditionersframecontainstwochambers:anupperchamberandlowerchambercontainstwobasicelements:afanandmotor. Thefanisinstalledhorizontallywherebyitsucksairupwardswiththeairpassingthroughaholed partitionwhichisalsoinstalledhorizontally.Thepartitionalsocontainsaheatexchangemedium,namelyacardboardwhichisalsospeciallydesignedforair – conditioners.The cardboardisfixedhorizontallya abovetheholedpractitioner.
2 –Thelowerchambercontainsawatertankwithlevelcontrolledthroughafloatinstalledatthepointofentranceofwatersuppliestheairconditionerwithwater.
3-Thelowerchambercontainsa motorandsmallwaterpump withwater b hoseconnectedtoitattheendofwhichahorizontalwaterdistributerwithwaterdistributor isinstalledtowhichhorizontalwaterdistributorisfixedandwhichcontainsmanyhorizontallines.Thedistributor i9sfixedonthetopofthecoolingcardboardandbellowthemainfanas shownintheattacheddrawing.
4-Thelongitudinalchambercontainshorizontallongitudinalopeningsontopofwatersurface forproviding suckedairwhichissuckedbythemainfanfrombelowupwardstheexternalparttotheinternalpartofthedevice.
5- This airconditionerhasbeendesigned forachieving utmost benefitfrominternalareaavailable.Manufacturing costs.
6- A smallmotor operatedfanmaybeinstalledinthe lower chamberabove water level atlowertankforprovidingpositivepressure toupgradetheefficiencyofthermalheatexchange betweentheinternalsurfaceandexternalspace.
7-TheThermalexchange Material (cartoon ofthecoolingpad ) fixedhorizontallymaybe moistenedbythewaterhorizontaldistributer.
8-Waterbeginstodropafterthe( coolingpad )becomeswetverticallyfromtopdownwardstothewatertankwherethewaterpumppushupwardsandsoon.Thecyclecontinuedthroughouttheairconditioner.
9-Asolarenergypanelmaybeinstalledon theexternalstructureandonthetopofthetilting surfacefortransferringsolarenergyfallingonitelectricalenergytobestoredbybattery placedintheinternalarea.
10-Internally andtheupperpart,theframecontainsasolarenergybattery.Electronicdevicesareinstalledfortransferringasolarenergycurrent to ACandDC.
11-Theframecanbestrengthenbyironorothermaterialanglesforfixingthesolarenergypanel andequipment,Theframecanbesupporttheweightoftheairconditioner andtheadditionalweight resultingfrombatteryandothers.
12-Thisairconditioner canbemanufacturinginallstandardaswellaslargesizeswhichsuitclosedareas ,suchasrooms,halls.Itcanbealsosuitsemi-openareas, suchaseventtentsoropenareas.
13-LargerUnit thatsuitpoultrydensorgreenhousesinplasticagriculturecanbemanufactured.Negativesuctionofaircantakeplacethroughseparatefansandinthiscase,fans insidetheframecanbereplacesbyoneortwoexternalfanstobefixedonthesidefacingtheair-condition.Thismanifestedinplasticgreenhousesinprotectingagriculture.
